All Sales Final
All online sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items purchased through our online store. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Geographic Restrictions & Eligible Customers
We only sell and ship to customers located within the United States. Sales to customers outside the United States are not permitted unless an explicit exception has been granted in writing via email by Walking Tall. To request an international purchase exception, contact us at walkingtall2011@gmail.com prior to placing your order. Orders placed from outside the United States without prior written exception may be cancelled and refunded at our sole discretion.
California Consumer Rights Notice
Pursuant to California Civil Code §1723, we are required to notify you that all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided except as required by law or in the case of defective or misrepresented merchandise.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Any resolution, including refunds or replacements, is subject to our sole discretion. Contact us at walkingtall2011@gmail.com.
Digital Downloads
Digital downloads and streaming content are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Exchanges
As all sales are final, exchanges are not accepted. If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at walkingtall2011@gmail.com and any resolution will be at our sole discretion.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union pursuant to an approved exception, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom retain statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.
Refunds
All refunds are subject to our sole discretion. If a refund is approved, you will be notified and refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at walkingtall2011@gmail.com.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a completed order may be considered fraudulent and will be contested.
No Warranty Disclaimer
All merchandise is sold as-is. Walking Tall makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness or merchantability of any product beyond what is required by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
Walking Tall's liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item in question. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Placer County, California.
