Overview
Walking Tall offers purchases and subscriptions through the following platforms:
- Walking Tall App (walkingtall.app) — official band app linking to fan club and store
- Walking Tall Band Website (walkingtallband.com) — official band website
- Walking Tall Fan Club — membership and subscription services
- Walking Tall Shop — merchandise store powered by Shopify
One-Time Merchandise Purchases
All one-time merchandise purchases made through our Shopify store are final. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and payment has been processed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Fan Club Membership — Cancellation Policy
Fan Club memberships are offered on a recurring subscription basis. The following terms apply:
- You may cancel your Fan Club membership at any time through your account settings in the Walking Tall app or by contacting us at walkingtall2011@gmail.com.
- Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You will retain access to membership benefits through the end of the period for which you have already been charged.
- We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.
- Walking Tall reserves the right to cancel or suspend any membership at our sole discretion.
Digital Downloads & Streaming Content
Digital purchases including song downloads, albums, and other digital content are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the content has been delivered. Cancellation of a digital order is not available once fulfillment has begun.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders for upcoming releases or limited edition merchandise may be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 days after the pre-order is placed. After 7 days, or once the item has shipped, pre-orders are considered final and non-refundable. To cancel a pre-order, contact us at walkingtall2011@gmail.com with your order number.
Event Tickets & Experiences
Tickets purchased for Walking Tall events, concerts, or meet & greet experiences are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by Walking Tall. In the event of a cancellation by Walking Tall, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. In the event of a rescheduled event, original tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 7 days of the rescheduling announcement.
Bundles
Bundle purchases combining merchandise and digital content are subject to the merchandise cancellation terms above. All bundle sales are final once the order is placed.

Please include your order number, purchase date, and the reason for your cancellation request. All cancellation exceptions are granted at the sole discretion of Walking Tall.
Geographic Restrictions
Cancellation and refund policies apply to US-based customers only unless an explicit written exception has been granted via email prior to purchase. EU and UK customers retain statutory cancellation rights as outlined in our Terms of Sale.
